The service
RP365 helps owners run rental properties: floors, rooms and beds, residents and stays, rent, payments, tickets, tasks, attendance, notices and WhatsApp messages.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. The owner of an organization controls who on their team can see and do what, and is responsible for their team's use of it.
Your information
What you put in stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You confirm you're allowed to record the information you add about residents and staff.
Payments and plans
Plans are priced per occupied bed as shown on the pricing page. Rent paid by residents goes to the owner's payment account, not to us. Taxes on rent are the owner's responsibility.
WhatsApp and messages
Messages must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and local law. Only message people who agreed to hear from you.
Fair use
Don't use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or get around its limits or security.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We'll give notice before changes that affect how you use it.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may pause an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid, and we'll tell you why.
