Delete your account
How to delete a RP365 account, and what happens to the information in it.

If you live in a property
Open the RP365 app, go to Me, then Delete account. You can also ask the property's owner or front desk to remove you. Your stays, invoices and receipts stay with the organization because they're its rent records.
If you work at a property
Ask the owner to remove you from the team, then delete your account from Me in the app. Attendance and task history stay with the organization.
If you own an organization
Email us from the address on your account and say which organization to close. We confirm with you, export your data if you want a copy, then delete the organization, its properties, residents and records.
Timing
Accounts are deleted within 30 days of the request. Backups are cleared on their normal cycle. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of our own invoices to you.
Ask us
Write to support@example.com with the phone number or email you sign in with. We'll reply within a few working days.
